Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1, Patiala Cantt. is a prestigious vidyalaya, not only the Chandigarh Region but also in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan as a whole. Established in 1974, at Rajpura, it was shifted to Patiala Cantt. in July, 1975.
